I haven't seen that manga in a long time and I forgot what it was called but I remember the manga was about two high school guys trying to revive a light music club that was disbanded due to two upperclassmen who were expelled for smoking weed or taking drugs in school. They also recruited a weird teacher as their club adviser and a third member who was a drummer, I think.
