I've been looking for a way of doing this and it seems there isn't exactly one.

Is there any way of suggesting manga you like and why you like them?

i.e. not just having a public list of "manga i like", or putting reviews on manga you like, but being able to write it all up in one post?

The opposite direction exists in the "searching for..." forum...

is there any way this would be possible? would it get out of hand? or am i missing some way that it can be done now?

There is currently no way for you to suggest manga to others. At best, you can provide reviews of good manga in an effort to convince people to read them.

Or comment on the manga at the bottom of the series.

Of course, you can look in the "I'm Looking for..." section to see if someone is looking for a something that might work with the series you wish to suggest.
