• The MC has to pay off a huge debt because his father either died or ran away (Over 1 million dollars)

• Between season 1 and 2 there is a time skip of a few years

• At the start of season 2 the MC is living with a roommate (Roommate has a relation with a detective) (Roommate has purple underwear)

• MC is overworking himself to pay of the debt to the ML in regular installments (If any are missed he has to perform sexual services)

• The MC misses a payment because he was SA at a job so the ML forces him to live in his home as a house cleaner to pay off the debt

• ML later has a therapist come to his house to talk with the MC about his trama

Sounds like this might be an anime, but this immediately reminded me of Go Riyou wa Keikaku Teki ni for some reason or maybe the related series Gohoubi wa Shitsuke no Ato.
