Desperately trying to remember the name of this manga. My friend doesn't even remember if it was a manhwa or not, just these small details. It's about this guy who had to look after this younger kid when he was a teenager. They lived close by, possibly neighbours. The kid had bruises on his body and was looked after by his mother who was a transwomen. The kid immediately falls in love with the older gentlemen. Years later the kid is put into a mental hospital and the guy who he was in love with works there and he tries to make advances on him. The kid has light hair while the other man has black.
