Well, looks like this was another waste of a chapter...
Sarugaki got sliced in half by Gin, so now Hirako's screaming for Ichigo to get back with Orihime so she can heal Sarugaki.
I don't think the pace will be any faster for the next few weeks, Kubo made Aizen & Co. too strong and now he can't get rid of them... 🤢

I really don't think its a wasted chapter.
Its been a long while since Kubo actually did something to a good character when Orihime wasn't around to fix it.

Good point.
At least the plot's moving as well.

This chapter was pretty good, but I kinda don't like how Kubo made Hiyori rage and rush in stupidly just to have something shocking happen in the chapter. Aizen even said himself that something was gonna happen to them whether they attack him or just stand there.

I don't see how the plot moved forward. Aizen just talked until Hiyori rushed at him and got cut in half by Gin.
And where is Ichigo headed to anyway?

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.

Ah I mean't with Ichigo. We're moving from the characters that have been dominating the previous chapters, even if it's one pannel with Ichigo on it 🤣 Maybe moving foward was an exaggeration. How about calling it a nudge?
As to where he's headed...I thought it was to where everyone is at the moment...but maybe not. Now that I think about it I can't actually remember when we last saw him and what he was doing...
Ugh, I don't want to see Ichigo. Also, the Vaizards are like the pinnacle of overhypedness. Tite had lots of other plans, and decided to weaken their strength, so that whatever direction he's taking the plot could continue...
Somehow, I'm also thinking of Hikifune suddenly appearing. Since she was the former Vice-Captain of Hiyori. Meh, despite this being "good" by Bleach standards, somehow I can't seem to get excited. 🙁 Maybe it was because I already knew what was going to happen... damn you, Kashi!

My friend and I were talking about that a few days ago (Around the same time I created that thread about Barragan). It seems that the only Vizard that's even worth a damn is Hachi.

It's Kubo, Doc. 🤣

You're the one that chose to highlight them, Doccy Boy.
I think they are over-hyped, but definitely not to be taken lightly.
She was only a vice captain Vizard anyway, There were three or four captains among them, I believe.
Plus Old man Yama.
Then there's Unohara in Hecuo Mundo.
I think this was pretty epic. I was just thinking how it would be nice for Ichigo to rip open a hole and get back into the action to shock everyone with his new rage mode.
There's just no way in hell Aizen can match that mode. Maybe if his Bankai is "auto-win". But other than that...
One thing I don't get is why isn't the Captain Commander going for Aizen yet? Is he going to just sit there and watch Aizen kill everyone?
And seeing how relatively easy the Espada were butchered they are surely only Arrancar. So I was thinking it would be pretty sweet if an actual Vastro Lorde from Hueco Mundo sensed Ichigo kill Ulquiorra, went to check things out.
It would be even better if he follows Ichigo back to fake Karakura town and screwed up Aizen's plans. We need a new third party villain group. Like that there can be some more good old unpredictable plot twists. Plus we're running short on bad guys... (poor fodder Espada)
Ahh the possibilities. Don't screw this one up Kubo! You have yourself an awesome chapter to set up something good.

Just thought it took too long for Sarugaki to get chopped up, it was like 5-6 pages of just standing around repeating the same words and bam, chapter over.
I still want to see hell for bleach, the place where the bad souls go...
