[spoiler] okay so the manga I'm looking for is I think isekai type manga the MC had red hair and most of what I saw he was a child I don't think it's very long it may have been canceled everyone thought he was retarded until he spoke I thought maybe that was in the name of the manga but I'm not sure think he was the son of a noble possibly the king I remember this one part where he was standing in the rain and he spoke I think for the first time please help
