Just end it, Arakawa, don't drag this any further
My current top 3:
Fullmetal Alchemist
Pandora Hearts
3-gatsu no Lion
The manga is ending and she is looking after a sick family member during her "off time".
Putting out a weekly manga, next to another monthly manga + related anime work, would be a reason on it´s own to take time off too.
I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

Don't get me wrong, I love this mangaka, and I understand she has a lot of issues on her hand. But exactly for this reason I feel that keeping this manga going has been more like a fatigue for both her and her readers (not counting myself here, since I'm a leecher). It would have just been better for her to have this one matter (an ongoing weekly manga) solved, and therefore for the manga not to slowly lose its momentum. And it's not like the danger of it being rushed was avoided anyway. I know it's ending now, but it reached Berserk status before going in that direction.
