i'm looking for a manga (not sure if that was really a manga or a one shot) where a girl and a boy have an accident and when the girl wakes up in the hospital, she doesn't remember anything and has a scar around the neck and during the story she starts to have this boy's memories (i think he was her boyfriend and he had some tattoos). and at the end she descovers that they transplanted this boy's body on her so she could survive, that's why she got those memories. but the conscious of the boy in the body was dying when she just remembered everything aaaaand yea a really sad ending and i can't remember the name or the autor 😔 please help me out
