I am at around Ch.33, and I know that Kumiko loves the lawyer...but did Shin gets attracted to her in a romantic way? Did Kumiko and Shin end up together?

I don't remember if they effectively get togheter, but towards the end the lawyer goes away and after a while Shin manages to put is moves on.

Yes, they get together and get a couple fun scenes related to that.

The Lawyer goes away somewhere in the middle; while Shin still there. He does confess in the last few chapters, but it never showed them actually together, just ending with her noticing about him.

They don't "get together" in the end, but there is potential.

Yes, but keep in mind that the romance is not spelled out throughout the series.

They (along with secondary characters) go together through a lot of tense (good vs bad) situations, and you can feel them bonding in the process. When their relationship subtly shifts/hints toward romance at the very end, the result is surprisingly satisfying - or at least it was for me. :)

yes. shin make a move on her and everybody know shin's feeling.
in the special chapter, shin study law in univ just to become a yakuza lawyer to protect her n her family.
