I don't recall if it's a game or the MC reincarnates but what I recall is at first MC is in the tutorial or training with other people then MC wants to recruit them to be with his party but one of the women training with MC went to join a famous large guild after that MC together with his other teammate went into a far away village to train there they stay into an inn but the inn keeper is secretly a really good assassin and eventually she will join the party of MC. I also remember that MC and his party challenged a lot of hidden dungeon and one of the dungeon has a spider kind of monster.
