This mangaka hasn't done any other work besides Twin Spica? Or is there some other reason (wrong name, not added series) for none being on the author's page?

No. It's a shame but he doesn't have any other work out. T~T But he is stated to have done the novel illustrations for Hoshi no Koe (novel version, ofcourse).
