For some reason, on my reading list, Kono Kanojo wa Fiction Desu says that ch 12 is out even though the manga has only 8 chapters released and translated. I suspect this has to do with the fact that Kono Oneesan wa Fiction Desu!?'s chapter 12 came out around the same time that this issue appeared and they're similar sounding, done by the same scanlating group.
PS: I'm not sure if I posted this topic in the right section so please move it if I made a mistake somewhere. 😛
