i remember the plot somewhat . in this story was people was turned into magical girls for repopulating the world as human race was on verge of ending or it was where in the world the population of men less.

i remember the first scene In this a fat boy was carrying sex magazine i guess then a fairy came and say i detect lot was sexual desire here . then that fairy like thing transform him into a girl and then the boy freaks out , fairy like thing say that you have been converted to a magical girl and then i roughly remember guys fucking her but after all they have done fucking her . then they say that let fuck her again and girl is suprised they are ready again but again fairy like thing explain her that magic girl has potion which let the guy fucks them again and again as they need to populate the wolrd
