I'm also looking for a similar manga.

It was definitely shoujo and the storyline is that the girl was living with her aunt/uncle since both her parents died. However, the uncle/aunt mistreat her, even though she works hard for them at their restaurant (or business).

She helps out an old man and he turns out to be a CEO/owner of a large company and he wants to take her in, seeing that she's a good person and that her family is basically crappy.

She moves in with the condition that she is adopted by his son/grandson, who has a high position in the company.

The son/grandson is young and eventually takes her in and they gradually fall in love.

(I just can't remember the title of the manga pls help...)
