If you could get any famous musicians and have them form a band together, who would they be and what sort of music would they play? Here would be my ideal band:
Maynard James Keenan (Tool, A Perfect Circle) - lead vocalist/songwriter
John Petrucci (Dream Theater) - lead guitar
Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth) - rhythm/acoustic guitar, composer, and backing vocals
Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) - bass guitar
Neil Peart (Rush) - drums
They would play a combination of experimental, progressive metal, art rock, and death metal.
