Since I couldn't find the help forum anywhere, I decided this would be the place for this question. Anyway, I've been trying to reset my password for an old account cuz I don't remember it. I know what the email is for it and sometimes the site will recognize it and sometimes it won't. When it does get recognized, I don't get an email conformation to reset the password even though it says that an email was sent for password reset. Any mods have any idea why this is happening?
