I'll just cut to the chase and post what I like in a manga, the more criteria a recommendation in question fits the better:

Mainly looking for:

*Seinen

*Mature

*Good artwork (as a frame of reference, I like the artwork in Vagabond, Me and the Devil Blues, and Shigurui the most.)

Secondary, negligible features:

*Bloody (I don't need it in copious amounts, but a little plasma never hurt)

*Swordsmanship/Samurai theme

Check my lists for things I've already read/am reading. http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=43109&list=read

Thanks for your time.

Lone Wolf And Cub is always nice and gory.
Battle Angel Alita's is really bloody in parts, no samurai though
And, Ichi The Killer, kind of intense though.

Those are pretty bloody, although only one has swordmanship in it.

Nevermind, forgot to look at your complete list

Um... both are on my list... Oopsies, sorry! I didn't notice the link to your list when I replied. You've pretty much read all the good ones (that I know) from that genre 😮
