Hi. A long time ago. Probably sometime around 2002 give or take a few years, I saw an anime. I rented it in VHS from blockbuster, I believe. It was a movie about a teenage boy who transforms at night into a kaman rider/supersentai type superheros to brutally kills monsters that wreaked havoc in his city. The monsters were actually high school girls who were victims of bullying. For some reason once they were bullied, they were susceptible to becoming these monsters. After the fights, the boy would wake up in bed covered in the blood of the monsters horrified. Does anyone know what this anime was? I would love to revisit it a couple of decades later.
