It's a yaoi manga about neighbors. One neighbor is older, and is now a businessman, and the other is now in high school. The businessman is in love with the boy. One day it becomes to much too take and the businessman takes advantage of the boy.

I'm not sure if this was a whole manga dedicated to them or just the few first chapters. I remember really liking it, but I can't find it. I've been searching for it literally for weeks.
