The story is about where people can use magic or something like that. Every people have stigma mark on their body to use magic. Each people magic ability have some power level, the stronger the power , the stronger the stigma mark.

MC does not have stigma and can't use magic. It implied his stigma has not awakened yet. MC crossdress as girl, don't ask me why, he kinda have feminine body and face.

The story start where a student got beaten by a boy . The student that got beaten kinda look like deliquent. MC have female friend who always help him, and the deliquent student seems want to become number 1 in school power ranking.

He blackmail(deliquent come from powerful family) mc female friend to feed the boy with weakening drugs, the boy were top 1 students in school. MC helped the girl and the failed the plan.

There is female teacher who dismissed mc report on the deliquent. In the end the deliquent try to use power enhancing drugs that can cripple him from short burst of power.

The drugs were normal water and seems fake, the deliquent got captured and admit he want to become number 1 to make his big sister proud. The big sister come and slap him and he apologized to mc and promised to use his own power to become strong. The female teacher also lectured them and know the drugs were fake, she then tell them that her husband is non stigma user, not born with stigma and use the drugs to awaken his stigma, failed and died, so she tell mc to not using drugs.
