Wow, glad I'm not the only one who hasn't been kissed. I'm 18 now and I haven't even had a boyfriend. I've been on one date with a guy I confessed to, but then he went to live with his uncle and now that he is back, he is a total jerk.

Anyway, I'm not really interested in anybody right now so I doubt I will have my first kiss until I go to college laugh

Do you all want to get shocked? Here's one for you: I've never been kissed and I'm almost 20. Sad, isn't it?
And before you ask: Yes, it is as depressing as it sounds.

I am 20 too and their was never somthing...
but for me its not realy depresing I can live with it....

Lol, just to make you feel better ( as I rarely browse the forum and hardly ever post ) I'm almost 19 and have never been kissed, too. Heck, I've never had a girlfriend or been really interested in someone. Tbh, I don't quite give a damn. I'll start worrying once I'm around 30 biggrin

I wish I could take it so easy. When I turned 17, I realized that my life was missing a thing: someone to love, someone who loves me. Oh my gosh, I'm getting emotional.
Last week it got even worse. My best friend found a new boyfriend. I'm really happy for her coz her last one was an a** and the new one is very nice and funny. But now I'm almost the only one in my clique without a lover.

poor bastards no i'd give you a hug but you probobly live in like germany or something and it woud be weird to go hug strangers bigrazz

There's no point in being depressed. I know people that are 25 and never been kissed.

Well I have been single for quite a while, and none of the relationships were really anything too serious or deep. I wish I could find real love too cry

My first kiss was with a girl I known for almost ten years, two of kinder garden and seven of primary school (well now that I count were nine years). I was 12 years old and she was 13. Here in Argentina the end of the school year comes around the mid days of december, so all the people were worried about the end of the year and that being the last time most of us will be together ( in the previous system we have seven year of primary school and then five of high-school, now we have a system that is similar to the one in USA, I think). Well back to the topic, some of my friends were crying even the males ones, that kind of made me uncomfortable, never been the crying type myself, so I left the theater were the party was being hold and go to the courtyard. I was there a couple of minutes remembering how we were always playing there, I was so into the memories that I didn't notice a girl-friend had come and was sitting next to me. We started talking and next thing I know she was kissing me, that totally took me by surprise, maybe I started it I don't know, the thing is that was a pretty kind kiss, and one of the gentler kisses I had the chance to be involved. She heard I was going to another high-school she took that as the last chance to tell me how she felt. It was a yet that we lived far and she was going to a high-school in another town, I still wander what could have happened if we ended up together. Well thats enough of those memories, never cried for that and will not be doing that now.

I don't think having a boyfriend/girlsfriend means that you found love, esp, to people of your age. Seventeen year-olds DON'T LOVE. They probably don't even know what love is. As I said before, love is when you have been with a person for a while and feel that he/she is a natural part of your life (sort of like soul mate). I don't think many at your age are mature enough to know and have experienced that. They probably don't even know who they are and what they want in their lives yet. Look back in 10 years and you will know.

Wow. Quite a few young first kisses here. I'm only 14 so... I think I have a slight excuse but I probably won't until college. My parents don't really allow dating until senior year but that's kinda stupid since it would be pointless if we didn't go to the same college. I don't really think not having a first kiss is neccessarily bad. I think (hope) that it'll come to everyone and you shouldn't rush it of course. People in high school are all dramatic but there's really no point. All these high school relationships are obviously not going to last and it isn't true love or anything. I sometimes even think it's just a social symbol to say that you have a girlfriend/boyfriend.

I agree, I know of only one successful high school relationship that has really held. My cousin started dating her boyfriend when she was a freshman in high-school and he was a sophomore. Now she is a junior in college and they are still going out (though I think they will probably just get married because it is like they are already). Other than this, most high school realtionships are really just over-dramatic and used as a social symbol of being in a relationship. I would not place too much emphasis on a first kiss, and I am the one who made this topic bigrazz

I quite agree with the 14 year old. Smart fellow. biggrin Hm.. I don't believe I have had mine yet, just kisses on the cheek or holding hands, but that was when i was a kid. Right now, I'm 19 and have yet to find "true" love. Just admiration for others of the opposite sex. It does feel lonely sometimes.... but it's best to just laugh it off because of course, my time will come. eyes

we are talking first kiss here not TRUE LOVE... i dont get why first kiss is so important... it's way easier to get it than your fisr sex bigrazz... just try it... you dont have to LOVE that person... just LIKE her/him... in my country kiss on cheek is a way to say hi... and it's preety common... so kiss on lips is just 1 inch farther biggrin... it can happen by "accident" wink ...
