The first/second chapter starts with a bunch of people robbing a place (bank?) and the protagonist wants to save the day however he is shown to be physically weak, this is later explained to be because of his powers being regeneration (His body returns to normal after a set period of time) which makes him unable to train his body

Thus the day was instead save by the female introduced

When I red it there were only a few chapters and thus I wanted to save up to binge it however I ended up forgetting the title
