oh ya lol i forgot to add one of my worst bad habits..
when ever i eat icecream in a bowl and if nobody is around...i lick the bowl at the end to clean it 😮 😛

cracking my knuckels ,popping my preshure points,making strange noises and biting my nails.[m][img]

If my hair is down, I run my fingers though it & play with it constantly. Thank goodness for barrettes & clippy-thingies, or it would drive me nuts!! 😀

I also pop/crack my knuckles, and my neck (only when it feels like it needs it) and my toes (when I don't have shoes on...); my ankles, knees, & hips tend to pop on their own fairly often. 🤣

I chew/bite the inside of my lips & cheeks, which is a VERY bad habit as it's wearing down the surfaces of my teeth. 😔 I try not to do it, but it's an unconscious habit so it's really hard to stop.

I play with the pleathora of split ends in my hair. Everyone else thinks that I'm crazy for other reasons, so nobody notices that.

Lol, my worst habit would be bitting my nails. I'm writing this message with one hand so I can munch on the finger nails of my other hand. 🙄

ya, ya, i do that, everytime i am sitting and concentrate on something i start to shake my leg really fast =P (actually at a higher frequency if u can call it that lol)

I usually fiddle with my necklace(s) as well, but that's more of an impatient/anxious thing. Well, it can be contemplative, too.

I have a whole crap-load if bad habits.

I bite my fingernails, my lip, the inside of my cheek (sometimes), my pens, my knuckles and fingertips, pick scabs, run my hand through my hair to remove knots, and chewing paper (if no decent flavor gum is available, also only if I don't take my ADD medication, its rather odd). I also tend to break pens and things apart as well as paper clips.

I pretty much picked up most of my habits in 7th grade, though I have been biting my nails and fingertips for as long as I can remember.

Locking topics.

Habitual, though, probably not as bad as Lamb. >_>

I also can crack my knuckles, arms, wrists, fingers, neck, and shoulders.

The neck one scares people because it's so loud people think I broke my neck.
