I chose Ventus first which I'm still playing.
Then I want to play Aqua then Terra.

I read on a Faq&Guide that the order the creator
wants us to play for story purposes is
Terra, Ventus, then Aqua. I think that seems
a little backward. How bout you guys? ? ?

I'm still playing it but my planned order is Terra, Ventus, then Aqua. I'm kind of glad I pick it since that's suppose to be the right order. I didn't know this until now.

I played Terra at first but I ended up stuck battling Zack, so I switched to Ventus and Aqua and completely beat the game with Ventus but now I'm still debating whether to finish Terra first or Aqua. I also started Ventus on proud mode so I'm probably going to finish that and start Terra and Aqua on proud mode.

It is the "logical" route from someone who has seen all three routes.

But I have to say that I like the Aqua --> Ventus --> Terra route more. Mostly, because it instills more mystery in the plot instead of vice versa, heh.

i played the "way the creator intended" and i've no complaints cept for the difficulty on some of the boss battles for terra

Hmm haven't finished the game yet ... I've only finished Aqua's story so far ... but then I started to play Terra's story ... So I guess I'll be playing Ventus last ...

Wish I had more time to play it ... such a great game ...
Though I wish I played Terra's story first because I absolutely hate his voice actor =/

Thats why I thought Terra should go last, the mystery. Although I still haven't played Terra's story yet...

I played Ventus first because he's (kind of) the main character, then Terra, then Aqua. I think playing either Terra of Ventus is interchangeable though looking back I think playing Terra first is the best option. I would play Aqua last since her character seems come in last in all the story arcs in the different worlds so it gives better closure playing her last.
