I want to do some manga but I'm totally noob regarding this. I got the story in my mind. But I cant draw at all. Ive seen some manga with 2 person where one does story and another does art. But for a noob like me who wants to do some lil stuffs, I doubt ill get some person with good art to help me with my manga.

So, what to do? Should I just forget about manga and go writing story like books.

First of all, despite what you think, you don't have a story. You have an idea for a story. An idea for a story is pretty worthless -- most people get about ten of those per week, especially when sitting on the toilet. What turns an idea into a story, and also what makes or breaks it, is actually executing it in your selected medium. Either write it as a short story, or draw it as a manga -- only then you have something even worthy of considering.

Next, think hard and figure out if you just want to get your story out there, or you specifically want to do manga. If it's the former, then write your short story and give up on manga. Manga is too much work to be worthwhile. If it's the latter, then you need to write your story down as a manga -- that is, draw it. Yes, even if you don't know how to draw, surely you can split your story up into pages, split pages into panels, fill the panels with stick figures and dialogue. Only after you have this, you have something to show to a potential artist that may interest them.

Of course, realistically speaking, hardly anyone would want to draw your story for you. People who already know how to draw manga would rather draw their own stories.

And this leaves you with the final option: learn to draw yourself. Keep looking for an artist, but also learn to draw. It is extremely rewarding. And don't even mention the word "talent" -- there is no such thing needed for drawing. It's a skill that you can learn. Read some books, watch some videos on Youtube, and just practice, practice, practice.

"Аny story is arranged by a narrator's selection of separate elements from the set of elements immanent to events. Such a selection is always caused by a certain point of view which determines the number of these elements." - focalization author and essay writer Wolf Schmid

I would start with a short story. To write a good story, you need to know the qualities of any story. A story is made up of certain events. Therefore, it is characterized by contingency and fictitiousness (in fiction). I have completed an academic research on the story of the Gothic tradition and its qualities. But in any case, the structure of a story remains the same for all genres.
