Okay, I'm bored.. and when I'm bored, random things come to mind.. And my boredom would like to know.. Is hentai read/watched more by men or by women? I know that a lot of people, when thinking of anything that can be considered "pornography," they automatically associate it to men (that more men read/watch).. but I can't quite agree with that. Especially when it comes to manga.. cause there's way too many yaoi fangirls to count. 🤣 So, I just want to see, out of all MU members, if it's males or females that read/watch/like more.

Genre(s) that are going to be considered as hentai: hentai (obviously), yaoi, yuri, adult, mature (extreme cases - no shoujo mature), shotacon (extreme cases), lolican (extreme cases)

Personally, I don't read it.. but it's not like I don't like it.

Also, seeing your views on why men and hentai (pornagraphy) seem to go hand in hand, would be interesting as well.

My views: One would be, questioning what century we actually live in because there are still people that like to view women as "delicate, pure, and innocent" and I hate this word, "prudish".. and should remain that way. BOGUS! I'm female and am in no way any of those. Two.. due to men being 'horny' and perverted.. but seriously, women can be just as 'horny' and perverted.

Note: And yes.. I know there's a thread sorta like this already, but I'm looking for the answer for both men and women, not as a whole... and well, if there's already one like this, oopsie.. I looked and couldn't find one.

I'm guessing that women don't always tell the truth when they are asked if they watch porn because it's not as socially acceptable for them to watch it as it is for men. Because people might make wrong assumptions that if a woman watches porn she is loose or something but for men watching porn is normal and not watching it is weird.
