i think it's a one shot - it's in a volume of oneshots - story:

delinquent boy - flies paper planes in school assembly. the student council president sees it and asks him to come to the council room and then they have s*x - uke on the table. they're already in a relationship. the delinquent is the uke, council president is seme.

the uptight president gets the delinquent to tell him he loves him. I think the president then calls him 'momo' at the end. others in class wonder why the council president call the delinquent momo.
