I know this type of question has been asked before in a different way, but I want to be more specific. Has there ever been a story where a girlfriend of a seme and/or uke tries everything to get her boyfriend back after he officially starts dating his partner, even up to the point of being a yandere?

To give you an example of this type of portrayal, Wendy Testaburger of South Park is frequently portrayed like this if she starts out in a fanfiction dating Stan Marsh and he ends up dating Kyle Broflovski by the end.
