In that case put in Glasses in the Category and you can reduce it futher.
If you want to succeed
Then you don't need Good Luck
You need the ability to overcome Bad Luck
Happines and Light needs a source to exist
Hatred fuels itself and Darkness exist where there is no Light

The manga came out before 2010 that is for sure!! I think I read it in 2008 but it could also have been 2009.

I don't know if the rest of the school found out... but the whole "ugly glasses wearing guy" situation occurs in Sleeping Beauty wa Nemurenai (Suriipingu Biyuutei wa Nemurenai) from Hoshiiro no Okurimono... I think...

That story sounds really familiar. Mind you its been a while since I read it, but for some reason Tenshi na Konamaiki is coming to mind. It would be a side story within the main one, but I think I remember there being a glasses guy who was really perverted but when the glasses came off he was super cute. I could be completely wrong, but I figured I would say something to help on the off chance it was it.

It sounds like Akuma de Junai to me.
Edit: Just re-read your post. While the description does fit part of this manga, I suspect it isn't what you're looking for.

It is not Sleeping Beauty wa Nemurenai (Suriipingu Biyuutei wa Nemurenai) from Hoshiiro no Okurimono.
It is not Tenshi na Konamaiki.
It is not Namida Usagi - Seifuku no Kataomoi.
It is not Kimiiro Focus.
It is not Akuma de Junai.
WOW. When I read the manga (it was either on mangafox or onemanga) I am looking for, I had the feeling, and I still have the feeling, that the manga was quite popular. It was very well written und well drawn (tells me my bad memory xD).
So I am stunned about how we cannot find it lol.

Could you possibly remember anything else that might help? Like how the characters looked like (hair color/length...etc.) or their personalities? Any memorable side characters?

I think it's the 5th story from Confession Club - His Glasses. This time I'm pretty sure.
Edit: It didn't have "Glasses" category, so I added it.

I am sorry chineserider-SAMA.
The manga I am looking for is probably something between Switch Girl (as in the glasses of the male lead those you cannot see his eyes when he wears them) and Benkyou no Jikan 1st story (female lead ist kinda like her, nothing special as opposed to the Switch Girl).
But I still am convinced, it is a series, not a Oneshot! Around the end of one chapter (probably the 1st or 2nd) many school girls are surrounding the male lead after finding out about his looks, the female lead catches that, she and he are shocked that the girls found out, chapter ends.
The male lead is probably a transfer student joining female lead´s class

And the female finds out by accidentally breaking his glasses?
