i doubt it, it's already been said that the body we've seen him use the most was one of Jiraya's students. Pain's shown no connection to Minato what so ever aside from being a fellow student of Jiraya's. i think that claims of the two being connected by people is just fishing.

i know it sounds like a big deal, but it's like i said, it's fishing. the connection like that is really to minor IMO. the only thing consistent with Pain of course is that he's using bodies of Jiraya's past encounters, but other than that there's really not enough solid proof out there to make claims of the connection at all. besides knowing how each village handles secrecy of their Shinobi and their bodies after death, i find it even more less likely that Pain has a hold of anything concerning Minato.

Hell no. The fourth is dead, that's the sad truth. He is dead. It might be possible that he's one of the bodies, but there's no way his soul is still there(omg, i'm going all bleach in a naruto thread, not good). But there is no connection, never will, nada zilch. I refuse to believe it~
