Hello, I am new here, and I am also a new mangaka. I like both anime and manga; my favorite anime and manga is Dragon Ball Super. I have a question for you, as I plan to publish my manga (it's in progress) in the future, and I want to know if I can present it to your forum. If I can, which thread is the right one to post it ?

We do not allow OEL webtoons on MangaUpdates, so if your manga falls in that bucket, then you cannot add it
