Somehow, the drop-down box for "Add to complete list" doesn't work for me. When I select that option, nothing happens.

Btw, I've got Firefox 3.0.5 and am using NoScript. I've already set the permission for MangaUpdates though. Yes, I did restart the browser and the issue is still there.

Just one thing: beforehand, I'd created a test list and then deleted it. Perhaps that explains why I'm getting a drop-down list instead of a "Complete list" link.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

The drop-down list is supposed to be there (even if you have custom lists or not), and its first entry will be for the complete list. Deleting a list shouldn't change anything

You try clearing your cache? Perhaps the corresponding changed file on the site never registered as "changed" to your browser, so it's still using an old version (which is what happened to me a few minutes ago when I tested this)
