I'm trying to find a shoujo/romance oneshot I read a while ago. It may be a part of a collection but I don't quite remember.

The story is about a girl who is in a class with a scary-looking delinquent with long blond hair. They eventually become friends, and she finds out that he's actually really sweet and loves cats. She even goes to his house at some point and his room is full of cat stuff. I think she gives him pomade as well so he can style his hair back and not look so scary. At the end of the oneshot they agree to meet up to buy some special edition cat figurine, but the guy doesn't show. The girl decides to leave but then realizes that the figure is going to be sold out so she fights some guy for the last figurine. The main guy ends up showing up and we basically find out that he was really nervous about meeting her because he's liked her for a while now.
