I did a search for "Yuki" and found one under "ecchi".

Okay, i searched the HAPPINESS! manga, and the one i found linked here in the site does not seem to be the one.
Dunno about the mangaka Amatarou, can't find anything.
About the other manga you referred, Confession Warning, could not find anything as well...

So, seems it's kinda back to square 1... 🙁
