There was this one manga I read awhile back with a serial killer/criminal guy and a girl who was some sort of investigator or something, but I don't think she was police. She was investigating him, he took notice, stalked her for a bit, and let her know he liked her after/during a fight. I don't remember too many details, but she was blond and it had like one or two chapters when last I saw it. It was more modern art, so no super shoujo eyes or highschoolers. If anyone knows the name of this I would love to find it again.
