The plot, as I remember it, is that a young human boy is raised by the Gods in the Gods realm where no human is allowed to go. the world gets into peril and the boy is needed as a hero. A saintess is sent to get him and the Gods give the two of them a test before they are allowed to leave on the quest to save the world because the Gods are helicopter parents and the goddess is a yandere mom...
