The Japanese online retailer Getchu.com reported on Wednesday that an anime adaptation of Pan Tachibana's Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai. (So, I Cannot Get Erotic.) romantic comedy light novel series has been green-lit. The anime studio feel. is producing the project. The main character of the story, who lost his "erotic spirit" by making a contract with a beautiful Goddess of Death, struggles to regain that spirit back.

Ryōsuke, Tōen Gakuen's No. 1 pervert, is anguished. He cannot enjoy himself while living with the Godess of Death Risara under a contract, because he gave up his erotic spirit under the deal. He cannot get excitement from watching girls and wonders if his adolescent days are over.

Tachibana, who is also a personal computer game scenario writer, launched the light novel series last year, and Fujimi Shobo's Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint has published five volumes with illustrations by Yoshiaki Katsurai so far. A manga adaptation is running in Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine.
