The August issue of Kodansha's Bessatsu Shonen Magazine is announcing on Thursday that Ryōsuke Fuji will adapt Hiroshi Seko's Attack on Titan: Lost Girls novel into a manga series. The manga will debut in the magazine's next issue, which Kodansha will publish on August 9. The manga will have a color opening page.
The magazine teases:
Attack on Titan's spinoff novel is adapted into a manga! The unknown story of a certain day in Annie and Mikasa's life.
Kodansha published the original Attack on Titan: Lost Girls novel in Japan in December last year. The novel collects three short stories centered around Mikasa and Annie titled, "Lost in the cruel world," "Wall Sina, Goodbye," and "Lost Girls." North American manga publisher Vertical announced at Anime Expo last week that it has licensed the novel.
