It's the right type of manga to be animated, it's not something that could be butchered easily like Black Cat was ^^

Dunno if I will follow it though, the only reason I read the manga is because Yabuki Kentaro is a god.

Don't really want to bump an old thread, but it should be done to discuss what a letdown a lot of the series was.... (spoilers... kinda)I'm guessing I'm not the only one who thinks over 50% of the first 10 episodes were total crap, the plot was reduced from its already small involvement, and yuuki had WAYYYY less redeeming moments..... but on the good side it was so cool to see yuuki hit the toad guy rofl.... I don't care that he magically gained the ability to jump 8 ft in the air to do it, I'm still happy the added it.... and the ren thing was so absolutely ridiculous I don't know whether I liked it or not.... just extremely happy golden darkness stayed her good old self... would have stroked if they had f'ed that part up

Biggest letdown of all tho..... zastin doesn't get creamed by the train, start becoming a mangaka, or get chased by the old cop.... poor zastins entire side story was removed, it was rly funny to see his sad little story go along parallel to the actual one
