This was an anime i watched once, when i was scrolling through channels. It was broadcast-ed on Animax. I think it came out 2013 above. The main character who died was a female, and what i remembered is when she died a light came? There was the male character and he was in a car, the story was centered in the city and if i recall correctly its in a bit more modern time.
