My name is Ruben and i developed a website where user's can share their own manga online.
The website allows users to upload their manga, and after that, upload weekly/monthly chapters.
On the manga page, you and the readers will be able to check your manga information, such as the score given, what rank is on, and the members (this meaning the users that have your manga on their list), and select a chapter to read. Also, on the same page, readers will be able to leave reviews of your manga and when an user is reading a chapter of your manga, they can leave a comment on it with a score,but does not affect the score given to the manga.
If you are visiting the website just as a reader, you can create lists of manga you Completed,Plan To Read,Dropped, and have On Hold.

Shill? Those terms seem fine to me. Looks like he's just covering his bases so he doesn't get sued. It's a site to share your own manga not someone else's you translated, so it all makes sense to me.

I have to disagree. I do realize the fact that this site is dedicated towards posting your own series. However, that brings forward three problems that I immediately have:
1. Why is this being posted on a site dedicated to scanlations? The very foundation of this community is piracy, so it seems like a very paradoxical action to post about your comic hosting site, on a "piracy" forum, and the state that you cannot posted pirated material.
2. The terms on what content you can post (In relation to original content) has no reason to exist. ALL media can be percieved "derogatory, defamatory, infringing, offensive, or otherwise objectionable to any individual, race, religion, gender, community or ethnic groups". This is a fact. Any media produced can be seen as offensive to someone if they want to reach far enough, so the only way to deal with it is to allow everyone to create works, regardless of the content within it, and let the public decide which works should be supported and which ones shouldn't. Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE to make "unlawful" original content with drawings (At least, in the U.S.), so why is that even there?
3. The site makes money through the advertisers supporting it and the content posted on it. The need to create an account on this site, and make a thread literally advertising the site, should make it obvious that this is a shill thread and the site is looking for money.
