yeah, so im just wondering if it was as well known other countries as it is in america. Like, if you mentioned it in a conversation would people know what you meant?

I know what those 2 magazines are but in , they are banned. And same for their sites... you can probably circumvent them using a proxy but it's still a PITA to do so. I'm in my late 20s.

I don't understand the "I am a pure soul" next to the no. I knew perfectly well what playboy was when I really WAS a pure soul, back in elementary school, and I'm sure anybody who hasn't heard of it would have some extenuating circumstances not at all related to being lewd.
Even your actual post implies that a more likely reason would be location. Just a bad poll.
Anyway, yeah, I know what playboy is. And still, it's only softcore stuff anyway.
