the heroine had this ghost constantly follow her around. he had long hair and was funny. she went around taking care of other ghosts businesses or something, i guess making sure they could cross over.
she had this neighbor who was kinda loud. he was a professor and they ended up together.
at the end, the ghost who followed her around left.
