Probably the best chapter so far. The artwork was superb supported by Seira's grimreaper mode and Franky's sadist behaviour.
Though, like always Rai was the centre of all the limelight.

yaah i agreed with ur comment but their is still one thing missed and that is the Rai's dialog "KNEEL" or "KNEEL DOWN"

Loved Frankenstein's innocent behaviour on 11th Elder's death.
The "Kneel" part was completly unexpected though it was damn cool.
