From the shoujo magazine that ReRe Hello was in (found this in the sidebar).

I included the whole sidebar for reference but I'm specifically looking for the glasses guy that looks like Harry Potter.

The name beside him is: Yanai Wakana "Boy and Girl Love Story".

He kind of looks like the guy in Navy Blue Hoshizora, but I don't think it's him because his glasses look different. It looks like it might be another one-shot by the same author. The panel is advertising a furoku (additional booklet that comes with the magazine) that will feature various authors.

(The magazine is Bessatsu Margaret, and the furoku was to be released on June 13, in the seventh issue of the magazine that year.)
