the cover had a woman's face on it(full frontal view) and the lighting made her look bone-pale, but it was in color not black and white.
her hair was tied back(or it might have been just a really short haircut)and she was white with dark colored hair. she may have had something covering her mouth.

i only listened to one song, but the singer was a young-ish guy and the genre was alternative rock(might have been techno). the album also came out pretty recently, judging from the sound quality.
