People complaining there's too much yaoi.

I hope this isn't for what I posted in the other topic 😐
I wasn't really complaining that there is too much yaoi just wondering why there isn't a section for yaoi like there is for shounen and shoujo since there is a lot of yaoi, if that makes any sense at all 😕

But meh I'm not a yaoi hater on the contrary it's all I read nowadays 😀 🤣
So yes me is sorry if what I said irritated you.

Agreed. I hate people that think that authority is the truth, rather the thinking that truth is the authority This sounds funny coming from a mod...

🤣 I think that's exactly why he said that because he's a mod. Unless it was meant to be taken differently then yes, the irony...

Edit: Just found something that constantly irritates me: people complaining about others grammatical errors, especially online. I know that it's important to try to make your posts as literate as possible but well not everyone's English is perfect. Of course I don't expect everyone to know that English is my fourth tongue which is why it's my poorest, but you do have to take to account that for other people just posting something that may not be their native language is already nerve wrecking but to have someone criticize them for that is irritating to say the least.

Anyway I learned that when writing online if your writing ability (for any reason) is not great you're immediately looked down upon. 😐

Just for the record, not everyone looks down on you for that stuff. 🙂 Certain things do irritate me ("u" instead of "you", etc.) but if people post much it's usually not hard to tell the difference between the mistakes of people for whom English is not their native language, and the deliberate shortcuts and/or laziness of those who just can't be bothered to do it correctly. 😃

Here's a really irritating thing - getting to work and discovering that my work computer has died. (Hard drive croaked.) Instead of getting anything done I had to call around & then take the old one out for data recovery & buy a new one. Tomorrow I get to set the whole thing up. Yay. 🤢

People complaining there's too much yaoi.

Every damn day someone feels the need to show their hatred to yaoi.
Has the fact that people read yaoi ever harmed you, or any other person?
Are you being criticised or insulting for reading the stuff you read? Be it rape porn or just whatever?
No?
Fine. So you just feel like doing it?
That's really mature... Damn children...

The endless whining is driving me nuts.
Shut up already... You don't like it? Fine. Stop dissing people who do.

Oh my, So serious on teh intrawebz.

Well, the thing is, when you like something different, there will always be those that dislike it and the people that like it for one reason or another, it'd be great if there weren't, but in this world? Not a chance.

So its just one of those things that need to be accepted and brushed off, ultimately.

Since you cant change the world, just change how you take it, i suppose.

Same could be said for the other side.

"I know you like yaoi already calm down. And don't you dare touch Naruto or Sasuke there still recovering form last time!" 🤣

I have read one yaoi that I liked, but on the whole don't care for much. That is all that I will say. The extremist for both need to shut up. Talk about your love/distaste with peopel who agree with you.

People are always, and I mean always, going to have
an opinion about something. Everyone has different
tastes and blowing up about it won't change that.
I admit if someone is bitching about the subject too
much then maybe they need to go dig a hole, stfu, and
stay there but if they have reasonable criticism then
getting mad at them isn't fair.

I'm sort of neutral. I've read some yaoi's.
Some are good, some are bad.
Some are pretty and some are just plain disturbing.

Either way everyone just needs to agree to disagree
because having a giant explosion over opinions won't
solve anything and could possibly piss some of the
higher ups off. Nobody wants that.

Anyway something else that's really irritating is when
someone you don't even know comes up to you and
asks you something personal and won't leave you alone
until they've gotten the answer, been told no a million times,
or punched. It's a big pain -.-

when people throw your stuff away without asking you.

my mom threw my bag of pistachios and my truffles away the day after i bought them, because the pistachios were too salty to her and because the truffles on the bottom of the box were melted (because she turned the heater on max for 2 days and nights straight). i had only eaten a handful of pistachios and one truffle. and they were from trader joe's. now i gotta go there and buy them again. fuck.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already (And Im not gonna check considering the 1000 replies this thread has) but what really annoys me is the sound of fingers scratching on styrofoam. That sound annoys the hell out of me. >:-(

Honestly, it's just something you can't let get to you. Because it's always going to happen. That's just the way it is.
Even more so when your tastes fall out of the "norm." There's always going to someone that's going to have an opinion that they feel is absolutely necessary to share even though you hadn't asked for it. I deal with it a lot. I just don't even pay attention to it. Normally just walk away because it is their right to have their own opinion and voice it. Just as long as you personally aren't ashamed of what your tastes are, then honestly, who gives a flip what anyone else may say or think?

Quote from Dr. Love

People who can't forgive (only harming themselves there)...

An unpleasant part of character, that is.
It makes me sad.

Actually, irritation irritates me more than anything.
I don't want to feel or sense it.
I am refraining of reading what is written here
if it is just built of grudge.
I wake up in the morning and the sun gleams.
I look outside and it is a fresh, new morning.
Feels good, man

Very nice post mams 😃

I cut the last part but I agree with you on it, too.

Yeah, I still haven't passed that stage where I'm beyond getting annoyed but my tolerance level has risen in the past years and it feels good...

People who judge those that read manga by appearance. I guess it's still hard to believe that I, a Hispanic girl, read manga and watch anime. It's even harder to believe because I prefer the color pink over other colors (wear it often) and I'm a happy-go person.

Do people really think that all manga readers are emo or something? I still don't understand how you put one and two together.

People who reserve tennis courts at a public park where I play who have the audacity to walk on to the court in the middle of one of my sets and say "I have this court reserved".

I seriously want to kill those people!!! >_<#
