Probably the ONE person who seems its necessary to ask me the same question every day... Every single conversation I have with her -regardless of what it is- ends with, "So what's with you and Japan?" I am so ready to waffle stomp her... And one of my friends that understands my pain was threatening to pound her. And she would do it too! Last year, she threw me over a table cuz I touched her hair! XD

I hate how they transfer you to someone... and that someone transfers you to someone... and so on and so forth. And eventually, after being on the phone for about an hour and going through dozens of different people, in mid transfer to another person, you're disconnected... and have to start all over again. >:-(

Not only that... but they could come up with some better "on hold" music.... I'm tired of listening to what could be polka music.
