We've been working on some seinen projects for some time now, but we hit an inactive period and because of that lost one of our projects. We are in the process of revival and are looking for shiny new staff to join.

We are accepting applicants with a good knowledge of Photoshop and redraws (however not necessary but a plus). RAW's will be in Tankoubon form most of the time, so minimal cleaning is involved.

Typesetters, preferrably experienced but not necessary as guidance will be given.

Translators must be able to translate from Japanese to English without the aid of furigana. Either that or from Chinese to English.

I know this has been picked up by another group since we stopped for a while, but I want to catch up the missing chapters instead of starting from where omfgg left off to avoid inconsistency. Any help to speed this up would result in current volumes getting attention quicker.

Help revive our great quality and get seinen out there quicker. God knows how much attention seinen is lacking, and I want to give this genre it's due. So please help me, we need editors and translators!!!

And I wouldn't have said anything if you were a shounen group. (Who are simply expected to not know better.)

But.

Please don't use RAW as if it's some kind of acronym. There are actually files with a RAW extension, none of which are manga scans. Call them scans, or raws, or whatever, just not RAW-apostrophe-s. I only speak for myself, of course, but I would think that anyone competent enough to translate seinen in a decent way is fairly likely to not enjoy that particular abuse of the language.

Perhaps the person put the whole word in caps for emphasis. Even if they didn't, I hardly think that making such a slight flub merits the questioning of one's work.

What work am I questioning, exactly? None that I'm aware of, since I haven't read anything of theirs.

I'm just saying, don't write it like that, it looks bad and doesn't help your cause in the least.

Uh I don't feel the need to take your advice, however I'm sure any person who is involved in the scanlating world is familiar with the term RAW and anyone who is offended by such doesn't really bother me.

I'm here to recruit staff, so anyone please who is interested in editing or translating some seinen tankoubons are absolutely welcome to apply.
