[Megane Scnas] Looking for/Accepting staff members

One of the major anime & manga (and even cartoon) fetishes are meganekkos, girls wearing glasses. And as a fan of this fetish, it saddens me to hardly see any manga/anime with a meganekko as protagonist being officially released in the west or scanlated. And if there's a meganekko in a series, chances will be high she's either a side or minor character, who is not that much focused on within this series.
That's why I decided to make a scanlation group which focuses mainly (but not necessarily exclusive) on manga/doujins with meganekko(s) as the main character(s). But for that, I need some helping hands and brains of fellow meganekko-enthusiasts (Although being one is not necessary at all, we are already happy when you simply have fun translating!).
These are the fields that still need to be occupied:
Translators: Experience preferred, but it's OK when you are new to this and do a good job. You should also be willing to translate the "talk" pages of the authors found mostly in doujins. If you can't translate them because you can't read the handwriting or because of the slang, then that's not bad, it can be left untranslated in that case.
Editors and Typesetters: To make work advance faster and to have backup when someone can't do the job for the time being
RAW Providers and RAW Scouts: In other words: people who are good at using Share and other Japanese P2P programs and tracking RAWs down.

I'd be very happy to actually work on doujins that DON'T focus on the exchange of body fluids. There's so much original stuff and Safe For Work doujins out there, but the only ones getting translated are those tending to Lust.
As for the situation on RAWS, there are only three I have:
G-On Riders
Iincho
Hiyorin Strike/Break/Revenge
Of Iincho I only have the first 6 chapters, and those are from the magazine, not from the 1st tankubon (which I'd rather edit than the magazine ones).

Fellow meganekko-fan Anonymous of Columbia has assured his support as editor/typesetter to the project, and keeps looking for translators as well. Thanks for that, Columbia!

UPDATE:
We have now 4 editors in total:
Two who will focus both on the worksafe manga, one who'll concentrate on Hentai manga, and me, who'll do both kinds. Thanks for joining you guys!
With that we have enough editors for now. More are currently not needed, but that could change in some time.
What we still need are 2 Translators and RAW Provider.
Out of the two translators, one would concentrate on the worksafe, the other one on the Hentai manga. Translation will however, begin as soon as one translator is found. In that case, we'll all decide together which manga, whether worksafe or hentai, will be translated first. That's also the case when more translators join: decisions which manga is next up for translation will always be done together.
As for the Provider: It'd be sweet if this would be a position we could occupy permanently, although we also heartily appreciate RAWs from people that aren't staff members!
PS: As already said in my first post in this thread: it'd be nice if you are a meganekko fan and have experience, but both are not mandatory. Same thing goes for the "Talk Pages" of the authors you find every so often in doujinshi. It'd be nice to know what's on their minds, but if you don't want to translate it, then you don't need to, and if you want to translate it but want to do it later, then you can do it later. The actual manga always comes first.

Starting tomorrow, I will spend the next 9 months working at a hospital in the state next to the one I'm living in. I'm more or less forced to do it, obsolete German laws. But at least I get paid for it and get free accommodation.
Anyway, I won't have internet for the next three weeks or so. There is an internet cafe in town, but I won't use it that frequently.
Still looking for translators BTW.
